By using Business Partner Match™ you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Business Partner Match™ is an information and introduction platform. We are not a broker, investment advisor, attorney, accountant, lender, or fiduciary. We do not represent buyers or sellers, do not facilitate transactions, and do not verify financial statements, legal status, ownership, or future performance.

You're responsible for your own due diligence and for obtaining professional advice from attorneys, accountants, lenders, tax professionals, and M&A advisors before entering any transaction. All transactions occur solely between buyers and sellers.

You agree to provide accurate information on your profile, listings, and inquiries. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.

Where a listing requires an NDA, accepting it creates a binding confidentiality obligation between you and the seller. Don't share confidential business information you receive.

Don't spam other members, impersonate anyone, post unlawful content, or use the platform to circumvent fees or evade legal obligations.

Business Partner Match™ retains ownership of all original platform content, educational resources, ownership pathway frameworks, matching systems, branding, design elements, workflows, proprietary methodologies, and technology. Platform content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit website content — in whole or in part — without prior written permission from Business Partner Match.

Users may not duplicate, imitate, or derive products or services from our platform workflows, ownership pathway frameworks, educational content, matching systems, scoring logic, or proprietary methodologies.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate account suspension, termination, takedown requests, and civil or criminal legal action.

By submitting listings, profiles, future-owner requests, broker information, advisor information, or any other content, you confirm that you own or control the rights to the submitted information and grant Business Partner Match™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, market, distribute, and promote the content through the platform and its marketing channels. You retain ownership of your underlying content; we retain ownership of the platform.

Creating an account, browsing, searching, saving opportunities, and submitting an Opportunity Request are free. Buyers may affirmatively purchase the Secure Introduction Service for a one-time $99 payment. That purchase includes three separate qualified introductions and is not a subscription. An introduction counts only when the Business Owner or Authorized Representative accepts the request. A decline or no response within five business days does not use one of the three introductions and will be replaced at no additional charge, subject to the service and refund terms presented before payment.

Standard pricing is $99/month for each active Opportunity Listing. The first 400 approved Business Owner listings and the first 400 approved broker client listings remain free until sold. No credit card is required. Standard pricing applies only after the applicable 400-listing pool is filled. See the Pricing page for current details.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Partner Match™ isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with another user.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
