Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is governed by row-level security so that members can only see their own private records. We retain account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request, except where retention is required by law.

We use your information to operate the marketplace: surface relevant opportunities, facilitate introductions between members, send transactional and product-update emails, verify identity and prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve the platform.
